Had Becht Givens out to our home to address some concerns we had with our heating system. The technician was very knowledgable and recommended that we consider replacement of unit versus repairing a 12 year old unit. He told us we could reduce our utility bills and maybe even qualify for tax credit. The salesman came our and gave us many choices. We decided to replace the unit. The installation was completed in a day and they respected our home. We know that we probably could've found a cheaper unit elsewhere. However, this company seems to stand behind their work and will be here if we need them in the future. Thanks for making our home more comfortable.
